All bookings are subject to confirmation and availability.
Prices may vary based on service type, location, duration, and operational requirements.
Payments must be made as per the agreed terms prior to or upon service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellation or modification requests must be communicated in advance.
Cancellation charges, if applicable, will depend on the nature of service, notice period, and third-party costs incurred.
Refund Policy
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed in accordance with the specific service booked and the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

5. Limitation of Liability
Cordial Services shall not be held responsible for delays, losses, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, airline delays, government regulations, strikes, or force majeure events.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
